Connecticut Schoolhouses Through Time

  • East Lyme Public Library 39 Society Road Niantic, CT 06357 (map)

3 of 3 of the East Lyme Historical Center Lecture Series

One-room schoolhouses were once common sights in Connecticut. In 1852 the state was home to 1,600! Melinda Elliott will discuss the stories of many, including our own Little Boston School House.

This program will take place in the East Lyme Senior Center.

This season, we're pleased to help promote the East Lyme Historical Society's three-part lecture series with local historians and authors. For more information, please contact Janet Carlson at jkcarlson19@gmail.com.
