8 Sessions on Saturdays,10:00 AM 11:30 AM July 9, 2022 to August 27, 2022 East Lyme Public Library and various outdoor venues
Al Burchsted will show you how to use your iPhone, tablet, or digital camera to take and enhance your nature pictures. We will be spending at least some sessions away from the library: Clark Pond on Memorial Drive, Gorton Pond, Brookside Farms gardens, upper Rocky Neck park, and Harkness Memorial Park are likely locations. Whether your interest is landscapes, flowers, birds, mushrooms, butterflies, dragonflies, or other insects, you will learn techniques for getting the images you want while in the field as well as cropping and photo enhancement after the pictures are taken. Each student’s work will be critiqued by Al and your fellow participants, and there will be assignments available for you to work on between sessions if you wish. You will also be introduced to a program to help you identify the organisms you photograph. The program is limited to 12 participants.
Program registration is required. Click here to register.
